1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Qimsi AI ("the Service"), operated by SlideGenius, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qimsi is an AI-powered platform that connects to your business tools to discover workflow optimization opportunities, deploy AI-driven workflows, and measure return on investment. The Service includes data synchronization, AI analysis, workflow automation, and reporting features.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly billing.
• Plan tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) have different feature limits and pricing.
• A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required for the trial.
• After the trial, your account will be downgraded to read-only until a subscription is activated.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service ("Your Data").
• You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service.
• We do not use Your Data to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service.
• Your Data is logically isolated from other customers in a multi-tenant architecture.
• You may export Your Data at any time through the Export feature or API.
• Upon account termination, Your Data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Jira, Tempo, Confluence, Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Office 365, Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams). By connecting these services:

• You authorize us to access data from those services on your behalf.
• You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.
• We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
• You may disconnect any integration at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate insights, predictions, and workflow outputs.
• AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed by humans before acting on it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI engines, and documentation, is owned by SlideGenius, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qimsi and SlideGenius, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Billing page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
